At Aureya, every order is prepared with care. Here's how delivery works.

Processing — Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times — Please allow 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. Some of our pieces are crafted and shipped from our international partner workshops: this is what accounts for the timeframe, and we thank you for your patience.

Delivery areas — France and the European Union.

Shipping costs — Free shipping on orders over €120. Below that, a contribution of € 2 applies, calculated at checkout.

Tracking — A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Delays or lost parcels — If your order exceeds the stated timeframe or appears to be lost, email us at [your email] and we'll find a solution.
